===学习 表达 ===

在 学习 一个 新 语言 的 时候 ， 终于 有 那么 一刻 你 能 把 自己 认为 很 重要 的 想法 成功 地 表达 出来 。 那一刻 ，你 有 一种 胜利 、成功 的 感觉 。 遗憾 的 是 ，这样 的 快乐 时刻 过 了 之后 ，往往 随之而来 的 是 另 一种 状况 。 但 有时 ，你 却 又 发现 自己 的 舌头 一点 也 不 灵光 ， 好象 是 打了 结 似的 ，完全 不能 把 自己 想 说 的 表达 出来 。 语言 能 讲 得 流畅 需要 时间 和 练习 ， 这是 每个 人 的 最终目标 ， 而 且 一定 是 可以 达到 的 。

为了 能 用 新 语言 来 表达 ， 你 必须 首先 藉由 听 、读 和 学习 字词 等 方法 ，去 吸收 这个 语言 ， 如同 我 先前 所 说明 的 。 这些 活动 的 份量 应 随时 保持 你 学习 总 时间 的 四分之三 ， 以期 能 达到 通顺 的 基本 水准 。 但是 ，从 一 开始 ，你 也 必须 同时 练习 表达 的 技能 :发音 、写作 和 交谈 。 要 想 培养 这些 技能 ，必须 要 有 恒心 及 耐心 地 练习 (有 恒心 )。

===发音 ===

你 自己 母语 的 声音 、语调 、甚至 是 书面语言 ， 都 可能 影响 第二语言 的 发音 。 你 必须 强迫 自己 训练 口部 的 肌肉 ，以便 正确 地 发出 新 语言 的 声音 。 你 也许 要 调整 呼吸 的 速度 ，才能 配合 新 语言 的 发声 。 练习 模仿 新 语言 的 节奏 ，尽量 摆脱 母语 的 影响 (这 包括 发音 的 影响 )， 如此 才 能 把 新 语言 学得 更好 。

清楚 、有 条理 的 写作 能力 ，是 通过 大学 入学 及 许多 职场 的 必备 条件 。 假如 学习者 只 想 学 讲 一种 新 语言 ， 也许 并不 认为 自己 必须 练习 如何 写作 。 但是 ，我 还是 要 建议 大家 尽量 保持 经常 写作 的 习惯 ， 甚至 每次 只是 几个 简短 的 句子 。 写作 是 训练 你 正确 使用 语言 的 极好 方法 。 当 你 写作 的 时候 ，会 有 充分 的 时间 可以 慎重 地 表达 自己的 意思 ， 而 不 像 在 交谈 时 你 面临 的 压力 往往 比较 大 ，因为 你 必须 及时 反应 。

在 写作 的 时候 ，不要 匆忙 ，要 尽量 写得 正确 无误 。 先 计划 自己 想 写 些 什么 ，假如 不 事先 把 思想 组织 一下 ， 你 很 难 用 外国 语言 把 意思 表达 清楚 。 在 我 修改 别人 的 英文 时 ，那些 非 母语 人 的 写作 往往 令 我 惊讶 不已 。 那些 作者 似乎 十分 匆忙 ，甚至 没有 经过 拼写 检查 就 发送 出去 了 。 每 个 在 国际 公司 工作 的 专业 人员 ，都 应该 写得 正确 无误 ， 让 人 能够 理解 ，否则 就 会 有损 公司 的 形象 。 假如 你 没有 能力 做到 ，就要 采用 专门 的 校正 服务 。

假如 你 不 清楚 如何 使用 动词 时态 ，想 一想 每个 行动 发生 的 次序 是 如何 。 在 你 写作 时 ，要 使用 那些 已经 熟悉 的 词组 ， 而 不是 只 想 从 母语 翻译 过来 。 只要 你 使用 已经 学会 了 的 词组 去 写作 ，许多 经常 发生 的 问题 ， 像是 字 的 顺序 、 字 的 选择 、 介词 、 动词 时态 及 动词 的 一致性 等 ， 都 可 以 避免 。

假如 你 的 口语 与 书写 风格 相似 ，彼此 就 能 互相 加强 学习 效果 。 通常 ，接受 别人 更正 自己 的 作 品 ，要 比 接受 更正 口语 表达 来得 容易 。 因此 ，我们 可以 把 写作 方面 的 修改 应用 到 口语 上 。 虽然 口头上 的 错误 要比 书写 上的 错误 容易 受到 宽容 ， 但 同样 的 词组 与 字句 均 可 在 双方 同时 有效 使用 ( 均 )。

亨利 ̇史里曼 (HeinrichSchliemann，1822-1990 ;德国 考古学家 ， 发现 古 特洛伊 城 的 遗址 ) 他 的 自我 学习 方式 也许 很 値 得 考虑 。

根据 阿诺 ̇汤恩比 (ArnoldToynbee，1889-1975 ;英国 著名 历史学家 )

一个 正规 的 语言 学校 也 可以 提供 极好 的 互动 与 回馈 ， 然而 ，小心 还是 必要 的 。 有 许多 人 认为 只要 参加 语言 学校 就 能 学会 一个 语言 ， 实际上 ，无论 你 是否 加入 一个 正规 的 班级 ，但是 大部分 的 学习 还是 靠 自己 。 是 你 自己 主导 听 、读 活动 ，反复 学习 单字 和 词组 ， 训练 自己 正确 发 音 ，而且 写下 自己的 文句 。 当 你 有 机会 选择 适合 自己 目标 的 活动 时 ， 学习效果 会 比 被迫 跟随 老师 安排 更 深入 、 更 有效 。
